The TecMate AccuMate 6/12 1.2A is a fully automatic battery charger and maintainer designed for safe, long-term care of 6V and 12V lead-acid batteries. Suitable for standard flooded, AGM, and GEL batteries, it is ideal for motorcycles, cars, boats, classic vehicles, and other seasonal or low-use equipment.

This versatile charger offers a temperature-controlled 4-step IUoU charging program that intelligently manages charging, absorption, and maintenance stages. It can recover batteries discharged as low as 2V and automatically switches between modes to keep batteries fully charged and ready for use. If it detects battery drain—such as from accessories or alarms—it will switch back into charge mode to compensate, ensuring consistent performance.

Safety features include spark suppression, reverse polarity protection, and automatic shut-off to prevent damage to both the battery and connected vehicle. The unit is housed in a vented, durable enclosure and includes both standard battery clamps and ring terminals for flexible installation.
