BatteryMate provides rapid activation for new batteries, including standard flooded models with removable filler caps and dry-charged AGM types. Its powerful 9A maximum charging current and selectable charge rates ensure safe and precise charging tailored to each battery type. The 4-step charging algorithm supports effective battery recovery, while the MF mode boosts voltage to 16.9V when needed for dry-charged AGM batteries.

The built-in true load tester delivers selectable load tests from 15A to 150A, simulating real-world engine cranking to check cold cranking amps (CCA) up to 330CCA. A 3-second test evaluates start performance, while a 15-second test assesses overall battery health. Integrated voltage sensing guarantees accurate readings directly at the battery terminals.

BatteryMate also features temperature-regulated charging, adjusting voltage in response to ambient temperature for optimal charging performance. A six-position selector enables easy configuration of test and charge settings, while automatic shutdown and spark suppression enhance user safety during long-term maintenance.
