ORIGEN COOLEDGE SP is a high quality semi-synthetic, nitrate-free phenolic-free
soluble oil. Superior extreme pressure additives set this product apart from conventional
soluble oils and provides better surface finish and saves generously on tooling. This
product contains a biocide, which prevents the growth of bacteria and extends the life of
the product, emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, foam suppressants and other functional
additives are incorporated in this product to complete the performance package.
Application:
ORIGEN COOLEDGE SP can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metals in a wide
variety of applications. In general, all metal removal operations, cooling and machine
tool lubrication is required.
Dilution Ratio:
Aluminium and its alloys - 1 : 20
Cast irons - 1 : 20
Free-cutting Sheets - 1 : 30
Cutting Non-Ferrous - 1 : 25
NOTE: Do not leave the container open as this will thicken the product and will collect undesirable contaminants.
